We answer the phone when you call, it’s fundamental to our service approach. You’re calling us for a reason, we want to be there for you. We also utilize a number of remote tools that allow us to identify and resolve both operational and technical issues.
ACCUTYPE provides training and support to all of our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Each Customer Service Representative is dedicated to training each customer on the proper use of our systems. In addition, the Customer Service department personnel provide on-call training to all customers to ensure the contractual commitments are consistently delivered.
