Disclosure: ACCUTYPE will not disclose to outside parties any personally identifiable information obtained from the submission of an email inquiry without the consent of the customer (except as required by subpoena or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others). When ACCUTYPE uses agents, contractors or other companies to perform services on its behalf, ACCUTYPE will require that they protect your personally identifiable information consistent with this Policy.

Responses to Email Inquiries: When Visitors send email inquiries to ACCUTYPE, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. ACCUTYPE does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

Improper Conduct: ACCUTYPE may use customer identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the customer agreement for service.

Updates: ACCUTYPE may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time. These changes will be posted online and take effect as soon as they are posted.
